Air Travel App Performances on iOS in France for Q1 2021

In the first quarter of 2021, the iOS air travel apps showed varied performance in France. Sensor Tower's data offers a comprehensive look into the downloads, revenue, and active user trends among the top contenders.

Air France - Book a flight saw its downloads decrease from 4.8K in the first week of January to 2.9K by the end of March. Weekly active users also saw a downward trend, starting at around 23.7K and dropping to 19.7K in the same period.

Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker experienced a revenue dip from $2.5K to $1.7K, while downloads fluctuated, ending the quarter slightly lower at 2K. Notably, the app’s weekly active users surged to 22.4K in the last week of March from 17.1K at the end of December.

easyJet: Travel App had a decrease in downloads, starting the year at 2.4K and finishing March at 1.7K. The active users showed a declining pattern, starting at 37.4K and ending the quarter at 28.6K.

Ryanair showed a slight increase in revenue throughout the quarter, reaching $14 by the end of March. However, the downloads saw a decrease from 2.4K to 1.4K, and weekly active users dropped from 23.7K to 18.4K.

Lastly, Transavia had its downloads fall from 1.5K in late December to 1.1K by the end of March. The app's weekly active users saw a slight increase, ending the quarter with 3.8K in comparison to the 4.7K at the beginning of the period.
